TreatmentSilver Plating
Industrial electrolytic silver plating: high conductivity, up to 200 Vickers hardness, chromium-free passivation. UNI EN ISO 4521 standards.
TreatmentGold Plating
Electrolytic gold plating at 99.7% purity for electrical contacts and connectors. Low contact resistance, nickel underlayer. ASTM B-488.
TreatmentAnodic Oxidation
Aluminium anodic oxidation: robotic plant, 3-25 micron thickness. Excellent electrical insulation and corrosion resistance for light alloys.
TreatmentNickel Plating
Chemical and electrolytic nickel plating: hardness up to 950 Vickers, uniform Ni-P alloy. Ideal underlayer for gold, silver and tin plating.
TreatmentPassivation
Chemical passivation for aluminium (also as pre-painting prep) and stainless steel. Reduces corrosion. UNI EN ISO 16048 compliant.
TreatmentTinning
Galvanic tin plating for electronics, food and plumbing. Thickness 1-30 microns, certified for potable water contact (D.M. 06-04-04).
TreatmentZinc Plating
Anti-corrosion electrolytic zinc plating: cyanide-free alkaline bath, frames up to 4 m, white/black/iridescent passivations. UNI EN ISO 2081.
